Richard Shuster
Richard Shuster is a 1994 graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, and is a proud “Double Gator” having also received his undergraduate degree in Finance, from the University of Florida College of Business Administration in 1991. After graduating law school Mr. Shuster practiced for a Jacksonville boutique litigation firm where he represented national and multinational corporations such as Volkswagen and Home Depot. Mr. Shuster moved from Jacksonville, Florida to Miami Beach in 1998. He has successfully litigated over one thousand court cases on behalf on consumers and medical providers against big insurance and has over twenty published opinions in Florida’s legal reporters, the Florida Law Weekly and Florida Law Weekly Supplement.
Adam Saben
Adam Saben graduated from the University of Florida in 1988 and University of Miami School of Law in 1992. In law school, Adam was a member of the Moot Court Board and National Appellate Advocacy Team. He practiced law as an assistant public defender in Collier County, Florida from 1992 to 1996, where he served as a chief assistant in the felony division, trying many complex cases, including numerous first-degree murder trials. Mr. Saben has represented personal injury victims since 1997 and was a founding partner of Shuster & Saben, LLC in 2004. In 2007, Mr. Saben appeared on NBC television’s Today Show, as one of the five finalists in Esquire Magazine’s Best Dressed Real Man In America Contest. Mr. Saben is an experienced trial litigator with over sixty jury trials to verdict.
Michael Fischetti
Micheal Fischetti is a 2004 graduate of Nova Southeaster College of Law where he was a member of Nova’s Trial Advocacy Team. Mr. Fiscetti runs the firm’s Plantation, Florida office. After graduating law school, he served as a Broward County Public Defender where he was promoted to the felony division in less than six months. Mr. Fischetti has handled over 150 mediations, over 100 arbitrations, and has argued over 200 summary judgment hearings on insurance and foreclosure matters.
Thomas Wills
Thomas Wills is a 1994 graduate of the Stetson College of Law where he was a member of Stetson’s national championship winning trial team. Prior to joining Shuster & Saben, LLC, Mr. Willis spent approximately 10 years living in Chile, Ecuador, and Columbia where he held managerial positions for multinational companies in technology and banking industries. Mr. Willis is a member of the National Association of Consumer Advocates (N.A.C.A.) and was a studio guest on Univision’s Despierta America television program feature about the foreclosure crisis. He has also been interviewed by the Daily Business Review about deficiency judgments following foreclosure sales. Mr. Willis is fluent in Spanish and lives with his wife and four children in Doral, Florida. |
